Banff, Alberta is known for it’s beauty. You have the Rocky Mountains, Lake Louise, Glaciers and so much more. But in my opinion it is the old growth forest that gives you a glimpse into what this landscape would have looked like 100′s of years ago.

I chose black and white to showcase the forest because it relays a sense of power that you feel when you stand at the outskirts of these forests. Canada has a lot to offer in beautiful scenery and a good place to start is Banff, Alberta.
